Payments
Once registered for any of The EA Institute’s services, we will send your tax invoice and confirmation email within 48 hours. If payment is not made at the time of booking, an invoice will be sent which is payable 14 days from the date of booking. All payments must be received by the event date. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the event if payment has not been received.
Cancellations, Credits and Substitutions
In the event you are unable to attend the event or service you are registered for, a replacement delegate may be sent or allocated in your place as agreed with the EA Institute at no penalty. Should you wish to cancel your registration, we will provide a full credit to be used for another of The EA Institute’s service or event, provided we receive written notice no later than 7 days from the event.
Your credit must be used within 12 months of the cancelled event/service. No credits will be issued within 7 days of the event/service or in the event of non-attendance on the day. There will be no refunds given, unless cancelled by The EA Institute, where registration fees are fully refundable. In the event The EA Institute needs to cancel or change the date of an event we will notify you as soon as possible. The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification.
The EA Institute will endeavour to ensure that services and events advertised at the time of booking is correct. The EA Institute reserves the right to alter the program or venue prior to the event due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will update the event webpage as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event due to an unforeseen circumstance, Act of God or other circumstance which would make the running of the event impossible, illegal or impractical. Act of God circumstances include but are not limited to flood, fire, war, extreme weather or other emergencies and the EA Institute will not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from alteration, postponement or cancellation of event/service.

METHOD OF ENTRY
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, in accordance with state regulations. Participants should check The EA Institute website (https://www.theeainstitute.com.au/terms-conditions) for the current version.
- Except where advertised differently, entry is only open to all residents of Australia. The EA Institute associated companies and agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible.
- To enter, participants must follow the directions on the entry form and fill-in their email address and phone number.
- The competition period starts on Thursday 7 November 2024 at 9am (AEST) and ends on 30 November 2024 at 12pm (AEST) (the Promotional Period). Entries will only be accepted during the Promotional Period.
- All valid entries submitted during the specified Promotional Period, will be entered into the prize draw to win the nominated prizes.
- Except where advertised differently, entries are limited to one per person. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant automatically to enter repeatedly is prohibited (“Repeat Entry Device”). If the Promoter reasonably believes that an entrant is using any Repeat Entry Device, the Promoter may disqualify that entrant without notice.
- Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
PRIZES
- There will be one (1) prize and winner. Prize will consist of 1x Wine & Dine Gift Card.
A 3-year validity period.
The prize is valued at $250.00 AUD including GST
- Subject to clause 13, all prizes are as depicted or described in the promotions for the competition and are not subject to change.
- Prizes are not transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The EA Institute accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred from entering the competition or in connection with taking up the prize.
- Once prizes have left the prize supplier’s premises, The EA Institute takes no responsibility for any prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
- No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, The EA Institute reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value, subject to approval in accordance with state regulations.
- Subject to clause 16, prizes will be delivered to the winner within five (5) days of the winner being selected.
PRIZE DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
- All prize draws will take place at The EA Institute on Monday 2 December 2024. All winners will be notified by email within 1 days of the end of that competition.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
- The unclaimed prize draw will take place four days after the draw, at The EA Institute on 6 December 2024.
- The prize is time sensitive; The EA Institute will conduct no further draws post December 6 2024 in order to distribute the prize.
FINAL CONDITIONS
- The EA Institute reserves the right to request information to verify the validity of entries including: proof of identity and/or proof of Australian residency status at the nominated prize delivery address. Acceptance of verification information is at the discretion of The EA Institute. The EA Institute reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
- It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
- The EA Institute’s determination of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into The EA Institute’s database, and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.
- If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of The EA Institute which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, The EA Institute reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where required. Tampering includes the use of Repeat Entry Device software.
- The EA Institute is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of computer online (or wireless) systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or technical problems resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition.
- All entries will become the property of The EA Institute. The information entrants provide will be used by The EA Institute for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The EA Institute may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants and to state and territory lottery departments and winners’ names may be published as required under the relevant legislation. Winners’ names will be published on the The EA Institute’s website no later 30 days of the redraw of the relevant prize.
